The accepted payment methods are:

You will receive a confirmation email once you have received the transfer(*), or when the credit card verification is successful.
(*) The estimated waiting time for the arrival of the transfer is 3 days, after which the reservation expires, for your greater protection we invite you to contact the staff ([email protected]) to confirm receipt of the amount if you do not receive a receipt within this period.

Purposes and legal basis of the processing
Your data is collected to manage your booking and provide the services you have requested (legal basis: performance of a contract/service) and to comply with legal obligations relating to public security and statistics (legal basis: legal obligation).
Who receives the data
Your data is not publicly disclosed. It may be communicated, only where necessary, to: public authorities competent by law (e.g. the State Police via AlloggiatiWeb, ISTAT via Turismatica); providers of the property management system (Krossbooking – Solutions Plus s.r.l.); tax advisors, banks, insurance companies and other parties who work closely with the business, acting as data processors. The complete and up-to-date list is available on request.
Retention period
Your data is retained for the time necessary to provide the requested service and deleted upon your request, subject to any retention obligations required by law.

Video surveillance
The property is equipped with a video surveillance system to protect company assets, based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Stefano Cau, contact details above). Images are retained for 24 hours and automatically deleted by overwriting, except in the event of property closures or requests from the Judicial Authority. As a data subject, you may exercise all the rights provided for by Article 15 GDPR in relation to this processing as well.
Validity
If you stay at the property again more than 6 months after your last signature, or if this notice is amended, you will be asked to sign it again.
Authorization: by ticking the acknowledgment box in the Booking Engine, I declare that I have read and understood this notice and authorize the processing of my personal data for the purposes described above.
